Group Yoga 

Mondays & Wednesday (5PM) Instructor : Andy

Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation. With a variety of classes available for all levels, our gym offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for you to explore the benefits of yoga. Turn Up Hip-Hop Dance Class

Mondays (7PM – 8PM)  &  Wednesdays (6PM – 7PM) Instructor : Kristina

Join our Hip-Hop Dance class and get a full-body workout that combines the fun of hip hop with the intensity of High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T). Led by an experienced instructor, you’ll learn fast-paced dance combinations set to the latest hip hop hits and incorporate H.I.I.T exercises to challenge your strength and endurance. This class is suitable for all skill levels and no previous dance experience is required. Just bring your energy and a desire to have fun!



Thursdays (6PM – 7PM)  Instructor : Hayley

Zumba is a dynamic fitness program that blends dance and aerobic movements to lively music, originally created by Alberto “Beto” Perez. Participants follow choreographed routines inspired by Latin American dance styles like salsa, merengue, and reggaeton. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and ages, offering a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, burns calories, and enhances coordination. Classes are conducted in group settings, encouraging participants to have fun, let loose, and express themselves through movement.


Silver Sneakers

Monday – Friday (10AM – 11AM)  Instructor : Amanda

SilverSneakers is a fitness program designed specifically for older adults, usually those aged 65 and older. The program offers various fitness classes and activities tailored to the needs and abilities of seniors, with a focus on improving overall health and well-being. SilverSneakers classes include a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, flexibility, and balance exercises. Classes may vary in intensity and format, but they are low-impact and suitable for older adults with different fitness levels and abilities.
